Developing single-trial extraction methods for EEG related to recognition memory

As part of Research Project 1 or 2, the student would develop EEG processing pipelines to extract waveforms (Event Related Potentials; ERPs) related to recognition memory. The student can also help pilot the EEG experiment. The student would take an exploratory approach to EEG signal extraction with recommendations from the team.

One following programming languages could be used for this work: Python, MATLAB, or (potentially) Julia. Python with mne is preferred.

The student would work with two people, Philipp Musfeld (supervisor) and Michael D. Nunez (examiner and internal grader).
