Internship in Behavioural Ethics (Shaul Shalvi)

Website UvA

Our lab regularly seeks talented Research Masters students for internship projects. We typically begin by assessing the students interests and how those relate to current projects we are interested in. For example, our lab is currently studying (i) willful ignorance which is people’s tendency to ignore the negative consequences of their self serving actions, and (ii) human oversight to AI and in particular, when such oversight is most likely to be successful or alternatively fail. If those, or other topics we study, are interesting for you, feel free to reach out. In the past, we had internship projects that ended up being submitted for peer-reviewed journal with the internship student taking the lead.
