Internship opportunity

We are searching for an intern for a combined project between the VUMC and AMC Amsterdam.

You will be working with multi-modal data, including heart rate variability data, and MR spectroscopy data. Your daily tasks will include:

– the pre-processing and post-processing of heart rate data

– the analysis of heart rate data using heart rate variability measures

– the acquisition of MR spectroscopy data (together with a supervisor)

– the analysis and interpretation of spectroscopy data

– writing a thesis about a question related to the spectroscopy data set
